The Meaning of Life

By simply observing what is happening in your mind and questioning without answering the questions, a sense of non-duality can emerge, as the distinct and separate sense of self breaks down.

Your identity is the thoughts and feelings you have about yourself, your memories and the values and beliefs that you live by. Can all this be let go of so that all you have is the moment with no reference to past events or anticipation of future events?

Awakening to the non-duality is like awakening from a dream that has held you in delusion all your life. It is subtle, simple yet profound. You cannot think yourself awake, you cannot will yourself to be awake. It's more like a soap bubble gently bursting.

More and more people everyday awaken. It happened to me. It can happen to you. It's got nothing to do with your worthiness to get it, or how long you have been a spiritual seeker. Potentially awakening can happen at any moment. Why not this moment?
